Share the Truth, fight Strohmann!

It was February 8th, 2184 when the second Galactic War began(1) with the Terminids clawing their way out of Super Earth’s control and launching at grandiose force at Heeth and Angel’s Venture.

This was named Operation Valiant Enclosure was enacted by the Super Earth Government which saw the SEAF mobilized with their ‘Terminid Control System’ (TCS) [More like Terminid Extermination System] under the support of hundreds of thousands of Helldivers. The TCS is a ‘planet-wide bug extermination network’.

Super Earth claimed these brash initiatives were justified as the Terminids supposedly increased the risk of child eviscerations to an all-time high. SuperEarth.Life notes that there is no data backing this statement up as of now.

Furthermore, it is important to note that the TCS wouldn’t just be needed on Heeth and Angel’s Venture but in fact is planned to roll out across all Terminid-front Barrier Planets. The operation Valiant Enclosure ended with ‘This infestation must be cleansed.’, now I’m not a philosopher – but that sounds definitely more like death by any means rather than ‘control’. Super Earth has not even tried using artificial baits to lure the Terminids back to their own worlds. No instead the 100th year anniversary since the first galactic war is being abused to launch a new one.

Update: The Operation was a success by Super Earth standards (2).

While Super Earth focused their efforts on the Terminid ‘threat’, the Automatons launched surprise attacks on multiple Super Earth planets which saw the local Armed Forces overrun and utterly in shambles. While we, unlike the government, mourn the death of these brave soldiers, it was even worse that millions of citizens were put at risk to become either killed in misunderstanding or forcefully rescued from Super Earths oppressing managed democracy.

The success criteria, as intel shows, was that the Helldivers were meant to protect and secure 8 planets against the Automatons over the course of a week.

Update: Sadly, the helldivers focused too much on the Terminids and failed by Super Earth standards (2).

Furthermore, while the victory at Mort is celebrated, the lack of Super Earth military coordination showcases how it took ten million Helldivers to die just to accomplish that heroic feat.

While Super Earth still struggled to get the Helldivers to focus on the Automaton attacks, and instead focus on the Terminids genocide, the Automatons used the morale boost of their own victory to push and double down which came known to be the major order ‘Defense of Draupnir and Mantes‘.

Even with the expanding threat and unified military marches the silver-clad warriors with ruby eyes, the Super Earth military could not mobilize enough super destroyers and Helldivers to stop their attacks. Super Earth’s standard for victory was set as defending Draupnir and Mantes and ultimately preventing Automaton control of them.

Update: In the end, the Automatons have invaded and taken over these worlds (2). Dooming their populace, according to Super Earth propaganda, although it is understood that Helldivers are still engaging in operations as a counter-strike.

Meanwhile there is no evidence of increased death to Super Earth citizens who did not rise against the Automaton ‘invaders’. Some argue the Automatons are carving a path to free their machine brethren and sisters on Cyberstan (3).

Simultaneously, as Super Earth never will simply cave into a loss, they announced that the Terminid Control System has become ready for operation on their second front against the Terminids.

The last operation of February 2184 saw Super Earth announce the surprise defense of Heeth and Angel’s Venture.

While it is theorized that their method of transit is via interstellar spores, what is known is that millions and millions of Terminids to spawned upon the worlds and overwhelm the local militia of Heeth and Angel’s Venture which saw SOS requests to Helldivers spur into large numbers. Unlike on the Automaton fronts, the Helldivers responded to these calls in full force.

It would seem that the Helldivers of this Second Galactic War are more interested in killing than saving lives, for by this moment, it was apparent that the reason for failure laid in the “unpopularity” of humanitarian operations such as evacuating civilians under heavy Automaton fire.

As to justify the previous losses of hundreds of thousands of Helldivers, even more deployed this time to make sure that Super Earth’s dominion was upheld: Maintain Super Earth control over Heeth and Angel’s Venture.

Update: The Helldivers operation succeeded and the Terminid expansion has grind to a halt in the Orion Sector (2).

It remains questionable whether or not the TCS actually works as intended (4), whether it harms humans too, and whether it is the solution Super Earth truly wants. So far we have not seen any evidence that the TCS are operating as intended. The truth cannot be silenced and we will continue to investigate the situation.
